An open letter to Sulake --

To whom it may concern at Sulake Corporation Oy,

I have been permanently banned for the second time in one week for the same, invalid, reason. I sent an email to the help tool, as instructed, and I was unbanned yesterday, 11/20/2009. Tonight, 11/21/2009, I was permanently banned again for the same reason 'inapprporiate name.'

Because the help tool changed my username to @_@ in 2007, I have been allowed to use this name up until this point. I believe I should be unbanned and, furthermore, grandfathered in, because my username has nothing to do with the glitches or scripting going on via your current user creation.

This account pre-dates this weeks glitches by several years.

Does the help tool even work for you?

I remember a few years ago when someone came onto Habbo and made fake coins and some people received the fake coins and got banned.

Then I was never unbanned after that.

Plus the help tool errors when I try to use it.

Whenever I use the help tool, they reply after not 1-2 business days but after around a month.

They replied to my e-mail after a week,
"Sorry, you were banned for a reason and if you send us an e-mail again, your e-mail will be ignored".

EXACTLY!!! on my other account i got banned for having multiple accounts (yeah wtf) and also back when they had the Walgreens "get a free birdbath" promo I NEVER GOT A BIRDBATH! so i emailed them both times and they say it wasn't their fault and that if i trade stuff it is no longer mine and i was banned for a reason... so i sent another explaining i did not trade it and then they "ignored" me

They DO NOT pay any close attention to the help system. They simply read the first 3 words and pick a reply from the set replies -.-

I got this crap too. lol. So I emailed them again "as a parent".
Didn't work either. 2 years after. The Business Bureau helped me and now I'm unbanned.

Wow Reid, that's ridiculous. Wouldn't they make some kind of a note or something on your user somehow saying not to ban you for your name? That's what I would do if I owned a company like this. Seriously.
