Ok the improved image:

I changes the skin tone, the hair colour and added like a glow to the wand. i know the shading on the hair is terrible but i didn't have much time to do it properly but apart from that does it look any better ?

Ok from the reference -

1) her skin tone's definitely lighter
2) her hair is more brown
3) just to get the specifics down, the wand has a glassy substance on the tip

Otherwise it's nicely done.

Hair doesn't look too bad i just think there could be a work on the shading of
her clothes, anyway thats not bad ;D 8.5/10
